Pikachu Gets Playful in Two New Nintendo 3DS Themes
In new themes for the Nintendo 3DS system, Pikachu gets styled after famous sinister bosses and Lapras makes a splash.

A couple of new Pokémon themes are coming to Nintendo 3DS via Nintendo eShop! First, various heads of nefarious organizations appear in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon—and now Pikachu wants to look the part! In the theme Boss Outfit Pikachu, Pikachu dresses like Giovanni (the leader of Team Rocket) on the top screen while other costumed Pikachu panoramically slide along the touch screen. Then, for the theme Lapras Ride, Pikachu joins Lapras and friends in various scenes on the top screen while it sails on Lapras’s back on the touch screen. Both themes include fun sound effects and background music.
You can find both the Boss Outfit Pikachu and Lapras Ride themes in the Theme Shop of Nintendo eShop, accessed directly from your Nintendo 3DS HOME Menu settings. Check out the two new ways you can add extra Pokémon flair to your Nintendo 3DS.
