You have to manually enter the Pokémon you own so, I don’t really think I’d recommend that.

Keep Track of Your Pokémon Online!
A new feature of the Pokemon.com Pokédex helps you manage your Pokémon collection.
February 02, 2016
Now there’s a fun way to keep track of the Pokémon you’ve caught in your games using the Pokemon.com Pokédex and your Pokémon Trainer Club account. As you look up Pokémon in the Pokédex, use the new checkboxes to mark which Pokémon you have, which ones to add to your wish list, and which ones you have that you’re willing to trade.
The Pokémon you’ve marked will show up on your Pokémon Trainer Club profile page for quick reference. You can even see how many Pokémon you’ve caught from each region! Plus, when you visit a friend’s profile page, you can compare your lists of Pokémon to find possible Pokémon trading opportunities.
Log in to your Pokémon Trainer Club account and start tracking your Pokémon collection. If you don’t have a Pokémon Trainer Club account yet, sign up today to take advantage of this new feature and many other awesome benefits!
Have fun tracking your Pokémon on Pokemon.com!
