If I'm not mistaken that's the one-million-dollar tournament they have every year all over the country in Japan.
For real, maybe it's because the video's in 30 but, they're just so fast without even modifying the sensitivity.
The scale of Splatoon tournaments in Japan is on a completely different level than what we have here in the West.
