Honestly, the Gah-Goojin boss fight and all the lead up to it is one of the best in gaming. The regular fighting, the bonus events you can trigger for additional damages, the defending of the tower, the reinforcements both for and against you, the epic climax, the cooldown afterwards and the funny bit at the end.
