I would strongly recommend Fire Emblem Three Houses.
My advice: you don't really need to play Xenoblade 1 and 2 in chronological order, the gameplay and the story of both games are mostly tangentially related.
Alien Isolation. Scared me so much I literally archived the game.
I haven't played any of these but I hear good things about Dead By Daylight.
I would recommend Daemon X Machina but I've only played the demo so far.
