The Pokémon US National Championships aren’t just for the many competitors battling for the title of National Champion. There are a lot of exciting side events and activities for all attendees who have made the trek to Columbus, Ohio.

Side events are a great way for anyone to get a taste of the action at Nationals, with a variety of events taking place all weekend long. Come play your favorite Pokémon game to win great prizes and have fun playing against other Pokémon Trainers. This year, players will earn tickets that can be redeemed for prizes of their choice from a large collection of cool prizes. Prizes vary in ticket cost. There is a fee for most side events. See the complete side events schedule for more details.

A pop-up Pokémon Center retail store will be at the convention center, so you’ll have the opportunity to purchase awesome Pokémon gear, including Pokémon Nationals collectible items you won’t find anywhere else.

And if you just want to watch the tournament, the US National Championships are free for all spectators. Come cheer for your favorite Trainers as they contend for the title of National Champion.

Whether you’re competing or just there to watch and have fun, we hope you can make it to the US National Championships in Columbus, Ohio, from July 1–3, 2016.
