Find Sewaddle, Cottonee, Emolga, Bouffalant, and More in Pokémon GO’s Third Ultra Unlock Week

All Trainers can take part in Pokémon GO’s Unova Week, which was unlocked by Pokémon GO Fest 2020 ticket holders.

August 14, 2020

Pokémon GO ticket holders worked (and played!) hard during Pokémon GO Fest 2020, and their efforts have benefitted everyone. Unova Week, the third and final Ultra Unlock event week, is now available to all Trainers, and it’ll run from Friday, August 14, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT to Friday, August 21, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT.

During this time, Pokémon originally discovered in the Unova region will be appearing more frequently in the wild and hatching from 7 km Eggs. This includes Sewaddle, Cottonee, and (if you’re lucky) Emolga, which are all making their Pokémon GO debut! Additionally, if you’re in New York City or the surrounding area, Bouffalant will be appearing in the wild and hatching from 7 km Eggs. And all Trainers should keep an eye out for Shiny Roggenrola.

Roggenrola will be appearing in Raid Battles during Unova Week, along with other Pokémon originally discovered in the Unova region. The Mythical Pokémon Genesect will be appearing in five-star raids, and if you’re especially lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Genesect.

If you’re still craving more Unova excitement, be sure to tune in to Pokémon TV to relive some of Team Rocket’s most nefarious capers in that region. You can watch Pokémon TV at watch.pokemon.com or by using the Pokémon TV mobile app.

Thanks again to Pokémon GO Fest 2020 ticket holders for earning all three exciting Ultra Unlock event weeks! Have fun, Trainers!
