Strap on your backpack, slip on your headlamp and get ready to track down some treasure! Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker on Wii U launches in Europe on January 2nd 2015, so now’s the perfect time to unearth plenty of information about the sometimes cowardly, sometimes courageous hero’s upcoming escapades at our Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker website.
In this puzzle-platforming adventure, you take control of Captain Toad and hunt down Power Stars in a series of diorama-like levels. Rotate the camera to view each stage from all sides, seek out Super Gems and ultimately nab the Power Star at the goal. But watch out – Captain Toad can’t jump or defend himself well, so you’ll need to rely on your sneaking skills and use the Wii U GamePad to activate tricks, such as moving platforms, to get around!
A treasure trove of information awaits at the official Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker website, where you can find out about the story, watch plenty of gameplay videos, and see more of the stages. You can even follow Captain Toad’s adventures in a series of comics!
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker will be available for Wii U on January 2nd 2015, both in shops and as a downloadable version from Nintendo eShop.
