February 13, 2019

The Ice- and Ground-type Swinub will be the star of this weekend’s Community Day, and this is one event you won’t want to miss out on!

Not only will you have the opportunity to catch some superb Swinub while the Pig Pokémon appears more frequently during your region’s three-hour span, but you’ll also be able to rack up some extra Sinnoh Stones to help Swinub’s Evolution Piloswine evolve into Mamoswine for the first time. On February 16 and 17, you’ll be able to receive rewards from five Trainer Battles instead of the usual three. And during your region’s Community Day, you can earn five Sinnoh Stones from challenging Team Leaders and five additional Sinnoh Stones from participating in Trainer Battles. Plus, Lure Modules will last three hours during the event, and you’ll receive triple the usual Stardust when you catch Pokémon.

If you evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine during or up to one hour after the event, it will know the Rock-type Charged Attack Ancient Power, a move available only to Mamoswine evolved during Community Day.

Swinub Community Day times:

  • Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India: Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. UTC (GMT +0)
  • The Americas and Greenland: Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8)
  • The Asia-Pacific region: Sunday, February 17, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. JST (GMT +9)
