AR Camera and AR Cabin
As our veteran campers know, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp features familiar faces and fan-favorite characters from the Animal Crossing series. Now the game is bringing some of these characters to life in different ways with the AR Camera and the AR Cabin. With AR Camera, you’ll be able to choose a real-world spot and place your favorite Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp pals and furniture within the scene to snap a shot. (First rule of camping: Take only pictures, leave only footprints!)
With AR Cabin, you’ll be able to enter the same space as your animal pals and spend time with them face-to-face! Design a Cabin with furniture and amenities of your choice, then invite up to eight different characters you love to join you. Place the Cabin door anywhere in real life, “enter” the Cabin you created and explore inside your AR Cabin. Now the world of Animal Crossing is crossing (hee hee) into yours!

And that’s not all! Starting today, additional areas in your campsite in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will become available for you to place furniture and items, so there’s even more room to personalize your campsite and enjoy the great outdoors.
