During the Sinnoh celebration event in Pokémon GO, find loads of Pokémon and take advantage of some bonuses.

A Sinnoh celebration is coming to Pokémon GO! Yes, in a weekend-long event that will help you fill out your Pokédex, the spotlight will shine on Pokémon first found in the Sinnoh region. From Friday, February 7, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. until Monday, February 10, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. in your local time zone, Pokémon originally discovered in the Sinnoh region will appear more frequently in the wild, and if you’re lucky, you might even encounter a Shiny Riolu or a Shiny Hippopotas.

During the event, Pokémon first found in the Sinnoh region will also be appearing in Raid Battles. Pokémon like Shinx, Combee, Buizel, Cherubi, Bronzor, Gible, Riolu, Hippopotas, and more will be hatching from 7 km Eggs. This event will also feature special Field Research tasks that will reward you with Stardust, a Sinnoh Stone, or an encounter with a Pokémon originally discovered in the Sinnoh region.

There will also be a couple of bonuses active during the event. Glacial Lure Modules, Mossy Lure Modules, and Magnetic Lure Modules activated during the event will last for an hour, and when you open a Gift, you might receive two Eggs!
