Ultra Bonuses Await in Pokémon GO!

For the past few months, Pokémon GO Trainers all over the world have come together to meet the goals of Professor Willow’s Global Research Challenge. Thanks to everyone’s incredible efforts, we can now celebrate with a special Ultra Bonus Event!
Starting September 13 at 1:00 p.m. PDT, Trainers everywhere will be able to take on Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres in Raid Battles until September 20. Lucky Trainers might even be able to encounter the Shiny forms of these Legendary Pokémon. Additionally, Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region will appear more frequently all over the world and will show up more frequently in Raid Battles until September 30.
Then, on September 20 at 1:00 p.m. PDT, all Trainers can start challenging the powerful Psychic-type Pokémon Mewtwo in Raid Battles! Previously, the only way for Pokémon GO players to encounter Mewtwo was to be invited to take part in an EX Raid, so this is an exciting opportunity for all Trainers to catch the Legendary Pokémon. Don’t hesitate—Mewtwo will appear in Raid Battles only until October 23 at 1:00 p.m. PDT, so don’t miss your chance to challenge this rare Pokémon!
There is one final surprise! Through the end of September, Trainers will be able to hatch Farfetch’d, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, and Tauros from 7 km Eggs. These elusive Pokémon are typically found in Asia, Oceania, Europe, and North America, respectively, and rarely migrate outside of those regions. So, take this opportunity to send plenty of Gifts to your friends so that everyone you know has the chance to complete their Kanto Pokédex.
