To celebrate Don’t Starve: Giant Edition’s arrival on Wii U, from May 28th until June 28th, customers who purchase Don’t Starve: Giant Edition on the Nintendo eShop on Wii U will receive a bonus gift copy of the game.
Don’t Starve: Giant Edition combines the content of both the original Don’t Starve game, and the Reign of Giants expansion pack, which adds new characters, seasons, creatures, biomes, and other challenges to Don’t Starve! We’ve also optimized the game to take advantage of the Wii U GamePad, which will display your inventory and map or allow you to play the game in off-TV mode.
