A load of fun additions have been added to the Mario Kart Tour game! In this latest update, you’ll find the ability to play in landscape mode along with a new control layout, new All-Cup Ranking rewards, new driver Nabbit, and—of course—the next limited-time event!
Mario Kart Tour is for everyone, newcomers and veterans alike. Check it out to join the race today.
Widen your view with landscape mode
Players will have the option of racing in either the existing portrait mode or the new landscape mode! Landscape mode includes a new control layout. Find your favorite way to play!
New All-Cup Ranking rewards
The All-Cup Ranking ranks players based on the total points for all cups during a tour, and now it’s about more than just bragging rights—players can earn in-game rewards based on their rank too!
Players who place in the top 1,000 places of the All-Cup Ranking during a particular tour will be rewarded with a badge exclusive to that tour.
Saddle up for the Wild West Tour
Get ready for a rootin’-tootin’ good time as the rootin’ Nabbit and tootin’ Wario (Cowboy) join the race for the Wild West Tour—the latest limited-time event, happening now! Unleash your kart’s horse power to collect Grand Stars and see if you can earn all the rewards.
The Wild West Tour also marks Nabbit’s playable debut in the Mario Kart series. Howdy, pardner!

Tour overview
Week 1: Wario (Cowboy) is in the spotlight
In the first week of the Wild West Tour, you can find Wario (Cowboy), the Brown Offroader kart, and the Rainbow Starchute glider in the spotlight.
Wario (Cowboy)’s special item is the Fire Flower. Use it to turn up the heat on the competition!
The favored courses for this driver will include the second course of every cup for the duration of the Wild West Tour. This should help you corral some new point records.
Week 2: Nabbit is in the spotlight
In the second week of the Wild West Tour, you can find new driver Nabbit, the Carrot Kart, and the Nabbit Oilpaper Umbrella glider in the spotlight.
Nabbit’s special item is Lucky Seven—an item as good as gold!
The favored courses for this driver will include the third course of every cup for the duration of the Wild West Tour. See if you can nab new point records!
Tour gifts
The included Tour gifts this time are Wendy, the Red Kiddie Kart, and the Parafoil glider. If you have a Mario Kart Tour Gold Pass subscription and earn enough Grand Stars, you will also receive Pink Shy Guy, the Gold Train kart and Cloud 9 kart, and the Bullet Bill Hanafuda glider as Tour gifts.
