…They’re doing this to hide the fact that there’s no cartridge in the retail version. Meaning with a user-printed sleeve they can conceal that disclaimer they’re required to put on the top of the box.

Alternate Game Sleeves for Wolfenstein II on Nintendo Switch
This June, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will release on Nintendo Switch! To celebrate the upcoming release, we wanted to do something special for our patient Nintendo fans who’ve waited for the game’s anticipated launch. We’ll be releasing a special game sleeve with alternate artwork that can be picked up at any GameStop location across North America. No purchase is required, just walk into your local GameStop store starting on launch day, June 29, to pick up the special game sleeve while supplies last. We’ll also be giving some away on our social channels during launch.
Here’s the art you’ll get when you go to your local GameStop.
We also created a few other alternate box art options that are available for download. The artwork features BJ Blazkowicz in different combat scenarios, so whether you prefer gun-blazing mayhem or stealth takedowns, you’ll be able to print your favorite to reflect your preferred playstyle.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will release for Nintendo Switch on June 29, 2018. We can’t wait to see which alternate artwork you choose for launch day!
